House Cleaning Program
We focus on your home, so you can focus on YOU!
Complimentary house cleaning for post-surgery patients. If you have recently undergone surgery, let us help you focus on healing and not on housework. We partner with local professional house cleaning service companies that are fully licensed and bonded.
Qualifications:
- Must be post-surgery, within the past 30 days.
- Qualified patients may be approved for up to three services in a 3-month period.
How to Apply:
- Please complete the patient application form in its entirety and have it signed by your oncologist or oncology representative.
- Please have your oncologist or oncology representative verify the date of your surgery by emailing Wendy.Capullo@usoncology.com.
- Once approved, we order services for you and the housecleaning partner will contact you directly to make the appropriate arrangements/appointments
